The review shows good progress in the Fylde Coast’s Five-Year Young Women’s Strategy, with more young women involved in decision-making, sport, and leadership opportunities. However, challenges remain around mental health support, safety, gender equality, access to activities, and career opportunities. The next phase should focus on improving wellbeing, safety, inclusion, and ensuring young women’s voices continue to shape local decisions.
