Empowering Young Women Across the UK: A 4 Nations Impact Story
This report highlights the impact of the International Women’s Day 4 Nations project, bringing together young women from across the UK through the W.I.S.E. Collective. Funded by the Connect Fund, the programme created a powerful space for collaboration, confidence-building and youth-led action, with a strong focus on tackling violence against women and girls.
From cross-nation partnerships and cultural exchange to the Belfast IWD rally, young women developed new skills, strengthened their voices, and built lasting connections. The project has delivered clear outcomes, including increased knowledge, improved wellbeing and a shared sense of belonging to a wider movement. With plans already underway for 2027, this is just the beginning.
